The Guardian (http://www.football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,1563,778718,00.html)Newcastle United are in the process of creating a new football club in the Far East with the aim of entering it in the Chinese League. Hong Kong United is the brainchild of Newcastle's chairman Freddy Shepherd and his club have already identified the 40,000-capacity Happy Valley stadium as the new team's home.
