Tonight begins a very good competition in South American. There is a lot of good talent on show and some future stars of European football. Hey who knows maybe one of the players in the competition will be part of Toronto FC :D

The games are all on Gol TV

Is anyone going to be watching this?

Day 1

Ecuador won their opening game 2-1 over Peru. It was a fairly entertaining game with a few players really impressing me. Rojas who scored 2 goals for Ecuador had good pace and knew where to be in the box and for Peru they had Reimond Manco who plays for PSV who looked very good.

Other game Venezuela drew Argentina 1-1 which was a surprising result though it was fair. Game was boring for the most part with both sides lacking cutting edge so chances were few and far between.
