The English media is gradually beginning to take an interest in Deuce and his role in Fulham's season:

Dempsey has enjoyed a busy week following a fresh addition to the family and he would like to celebrate the new arrival with a goal against West Ham.
Here's hoping Clint celebrates fatherhood in style with a goal and victory.

Congrats to Mom, Dad, and baby Elyse! That's awesome. That goodness the USWNT doesn't have the problem of losing duel nationals! ;) I'm keeping my fingers crossed Pops scores a goal, I wanna see that celebration he says he has up his sleeve.

birth of a baby could go either way, he might be preoccupied or he might (like myself) turn primitive and try and crush his competitors.
I guess I predict a few very good missed chances to score, a yellow card and a perfect assist to either zamora or AJ that they will manage not to miss.
Still, cant help but feel West Ham has the Whites number and with the two week layoff, they will be very rusty in the first half.
If they can go in tied at the half, I think they might just win, if not, it could get ugly as Cole always seems to do well.
Let's take a tally, Bullard has had: dead leg, bed head, the flu, myopia, vertigo, hip pointer, legionnaires disease, a sex-change and his left arm amputated in the last two weeks.
What I dont understand is why he is wanting the transfer so badly? Fulham is as good or better than any of the hopefuls and if its about salary, I think Fulham would probably go the extra mile for him. Strange situation.
Would be great to see Dempsey in the center of the pitch with Leon. I think that could work well. Might as well retire Murphy if Bullard goes.

Did Spector reinjure himself? I know he made at least one appearance around the Boxing Day fixtures.

7' - the fix is in! John Pantsill with a defensive mistake in the box and Di Michele scores for West Ham. 1-0.

Not good for a Fulham squad that struggles to score on the road.

Fulham playing like crap...I wondered if that game being postponed against Blackburn would throw them off their good for...so far the answer is yes.

It wasn't a good decision either and the announcers criticized him for it. He had time to settle it and make a more threatening play.

West Ham are playing really well...Dempsey with a nice defensive tackle in the box to knock it out.
