Greatest GK Performances

I was thinking about how a great performance from a keeper can sometimes single handedly get a team result. So, what's some of CONCACAF's best? A few stick out in my mind.

Tim Howard (USA) vs. Argentina 2008 friendly. led to a 0-0 draw, and had some nice kick saves.

Shaka Hislop (T&T) vs. Sweden 2006 WC. again 0-0 draw and were down to 10 men most of the 2nd half.

Brad Frediel (USA) vs. Portugal 2002 WC. 3-2 win, the vaunted Portuguese attack did manage 2 goals, but Frediel was on form all tournament. He even stopped 2 penalties during the 02 WC.

Johnny Placide (Haiti) vs Mexico 2008 olympic qualifing. I know the stat line looks awful, 5-0 loss, but the Mexicans were throwing everything they had to try to push through to the next round. He made some truely remarkable saves, try to find the highlights; it's worth it It should have been 13-0.

Biased : Raul Garcia (ES) vs Costa Rica in a WCQ Match for France 1998 in Costa Rica. He made HUGE Saves and ES came out of Costa Rica with a point :cool:.

Non-Biased : Kasey Keller (USA) vs Brasil in the 1998 Gold Cup Semifinals match. He made some INCREDIBLE saves including some acrobatic ones off of Romario. That was an amazing performance...and USA won 1-0.
