I've recently noticed that the yellow away shirt that we're currently wearing is on sale both overseas and here in the US. If this is kit supposed to last through the 04-05 season, why is it being put on sale, i.e. is it slated for a change?
Also, anyone hear any rumors regarding the new home shirt for next year yet?

It's been discounted to $40 here.

Where is it on sale in the US? I could use one to compliment my TH14 home kit.

IIRC, the away shirt changes every year . . . this year's away shirt (which I think is fantastic - I bought a long-sleeved version on the Roadtrip) will be the alternative or 3rd shirt next year (replacing the Pepsi Can). The Pepsi Can was last year's away and the Gold Away was the 3rd jersey (which was the previous year's away). This is the new Arsenal Policy it appears and a way to get more $$$. I think Arsenal states as such in the catalog and website. Nothing new I guess - Man U keeps changing its away jerseys as well - actually every team seems to.

The home jersey will stay the same unless Nike changes jersey styles but you never know . . .

yes, I think this is correct. This means that we'll in all likelyhood will get two new shirts: one home (which has been worn for two seasons now), and a new away with the current yellow resigned to be the 3rd shirt.

This is the second season they've worn the home shirt, so I'm assuming that a new one will be unveiled over the summer or something. Never was too crazy about the home shirt anyway. I hope that they keep the away shirt for next season as well. I think it's great. Simple, nostalgiac, and classy.

The home shirts run on a 2 year cycle. The exeption of course is a sponsor change. Some teams run a 2 year cycle on away shirts but in alternate years. The bigger teams seem to change their away jersey every year, and the old away jersey becomes the alternate. Not always the cae though.

It's a small store, but they cram so much in there. They have just about any shirt you're looking for from just about every major European league as well as some others. Plus they'll talk about soccer current events.
