Jeff Garcia Gets DUI...

...just heard this on the local newsbreak during Rome's show.

Apparently Niner QB Jeff Garcia got a DUI on his way home after attending the San Jose Sharks/Dallas hockey game last night (Tues, 1/13). No other details have been released, and I can't find a news link yet. (Of course, I got pretty drunk too, it was the only way to cope with a 3-0 loss to that team. But my wife drove.)

They showed Garcia on the big screen at the game and he seemed okay. I did see him seemingly ****-faced at a concert at Shoreline earlier this year. Jeff was getting pelted by bras and made a big production number out of throwing them back at the crowd. He was staggering a little by the end of the night.

Seems Jeff got popped after stopping at a local Jack in the Box for some post-boozing greasebombs.

Off the hook, you know this guy is an Alumni of SJSU, and he gives like $250 grand a year to the school, they couldn't give this brotha a ride home, he lives in Willow Glen, that's only a 8 minute drive from that Jacks.How much you wanna bet these bitch made cops support the Raiders.

I agree, he was smashed, but everyone knows Garcia downtown, and at State, they should of hooked him up, i wonder if he still will be a big doner to the school.
