For the last few years I've run (well, slowly jogged) in the Beach to Bay Marathon Relay (http://www.beachtobayrelay.com/) here in Corpus Christi. This race is a relay with 6 runners and goes from the Gulf beach to downtown. Last year I ran with my company team while wearing an Arsenal jersey and thought that maybe this year I could get a Gooner team together.

The race is May 16 and at the end there is free beer! Also, I usually host a BBQ just to make sure that all that exercise is equaled out with liquor and food.

If you are interested, send me a PM! It would be great to see everyone and have a team in the Red and White!!!

Cheers,

Cam

I might be interested. I'm training for a triathlon in late June, so I should be in full swing of the running thing by then.

4.4 miles would be about an hours run/jog?

Depends on how in-shape you are. I do a 5k (3.1 miles) in 22 or 23 minutes.

For slow joggers like me, yeah. Most others go faster. 10 minute milers do it in about 45 minutes.
