No not all teams are from Buenos Aires
Newells, Rosario Central,Colon,Union,Atletico Rafaela are from Santa fe..
Talleres,Belgrano,Instituto, are from Cordoba
Olimpo from Bahia Blanca
Racing and Independiente are from la cuidad/barrio avellaneda which is south in Buenos Aires.
As for Almagro they are also in Buenos Aires close to el barrio de Caballito where Ferro Carril Oeste is from.

Banfield, Quilmes and Nueva Chicago are from Buenos Aires. Nueva Chicago comes from a meat-packing district, hence the "Chicago" reference.
Huracan comes from the town of Tres Arroyos.
I thought Sarandi was up north by Santa Fe or something.
As for Lanus, I think it's a Buenos Aires suburb.
Just do google searches, it's easier and probably more reliable.

Banfield, Quilmes and Nueva Chicago are from Buenos Aires.
Quilmes (the soccer club) isn't exactly from Buenos Aires. They're from the town of Quilmes, which is just south of Buenos Aires. That's also where the famous brewery of Quilmes, the most famous beer in Argentina, is from.
