Nothing much to report, actually. Form was in the friggin toilet early on, so much so that I trained general for 3 straight weeks. I don't care what people say, there comes a time when it's needed. Once I started 0-0-3, things had to change directions......so I MOTS'd Trogdor the Burninator, and won 3-1 at home. I knew I could hang with the guys, I just needed some luck. I kept playing normal with normal tactics (I got toasted trying AIM against Sporting Loxahatchee in week 3, won't do that again anytime soon), and let the results fall as thay may. The results started going my way. Slowly but surely I fought my way back into things, and finished in 3rd place. I MOTS'd KotA in the final match hoping to get a win and possibly the series title, but it didn't work out for me.
I didn't buy a single player of note this season, although the striker I bought at the end of last season led the team in league scoring (9 goals). I really need to buy a winger, but with only $2.1 million in the kitty I doubt I can afford anyone better then what I got at the moment. Sometimes I regret blowing $2.5 million on a coach last season when I was drunk.
The only other big news is that the 17 year old Passable playmaker I pulled early on popped 2 levels and sits at Excellent. Sweet.

Dynamo KC managed their first victory tonight versus Kuhnscoot's Raytown Rangers 82. It was a hard fought victory that almost ended with the Rangers tying the score at the end of the match.

Yeah that one hurt a little bit, but it's ok. It's only a friendly, it just shows me that my second team is still crap. That is going to be improving soon hopefully as I continue to develop my team better. For the longest time with this game, I had not used a set training scheme and it shows with my second team sucking so bad. Hopefully I can start to develop my team better from now on. Congrats to Dynamo, and we are ready for the return leg.

aahhhh freak. for a weird reason, my midfield subsituted in for my injured forward and thus threw his training for the week away.

It isn't as bad as all that. My B-team is really my backup IMs and most of my normal lineup. The addition of two solid CBs also contributed to the win. I'm sure your A-team will whoop my butt.

Well right now all my IM's form are in the toliet, so if those were your back ups, you're A-team midfield will kick my butt. But yea my A-team offense is capible of formibles and outstanding on rare occasions. My defense is also doing pretty well at the moment and should be improving, as I am gonna train defense for the next few seasons I think. I think I was really lucky when I started because I think it was a pretty weak division originally. It's getting better though.

For the 2nd time in two weeks, i had two PMs pop. One was the first player I bought, Mikael Killand. I thought for sure he had popped just before I bought him. The result-my first Excellent PM.
Overall form went down this week.

I had 3 playmakers pop last week, so I can't be too upset that no one moved up this week.
Looks like form went down overall as well, but I can't load the data into HAM until I get home from work.

Tomorrow is D-Day for me as I play a qualifier to stay in V.215. Should be able to stay up as I am playing a bot.
Also got the stamina up for everyone and now going for set pieces for a week before going back to train my wingers. Plan on going all out.

Good luck with that, you should be able to stay up, doesn't look like your oppenent should give you trouble. And you'll probably MOTS just to be safe I assume. You'll be fine.
I'm going stamina this week in hopes to better the midfield. We'll see what happens.

Ahh. The Sopranos style. I"m more the Burger King style: Would you like fries with that?
Since everyone is talking about qualifiers, here is an intriguing question. Those of us who are not playing qualifiers, are you going to watch any? I plan on watching Anoka County United's (1st place in my old series) and Paranoia (1st place in Kopite's series) and another added to the list: ArsenalTexan. If anyone else here is going to play a qualifier, post here, I'm gonna watch. And let me know which way you want me to root. :)
