Well lost my league match at the number 1 team, 4-1, after going up 1-0. I just didn't hold it, I also lost my starting goalie AGAIN,thrid time in four games I've lost my starting goalie, he's out two weeks this time. Next week I play the new number 2 team at home. They beat the number four team today 3-1 so it'll be a game.

Hmmm, I lost 6-3 away after leading early.
I won the midfield battle in the first half, lost it in the second. I need to go check on my player's stamina.
My quick midfield player suffered due to the sloppy conditions according to the match report.
I play the number 2 team at home next week and I may have to consider PiC to get my players ready for some important matches ahead.

Won by 6 - 0 against a team that, according to the ratings, wasn't that much worse than us. The team's leading scorer, Jeesus Alkula, potted four and is now on both the overall U.S. league scoring table (tied at 10th IIRC) and the division V scoring table (tied at 4th). And I still haven't played one of the minnows, and the other two minnows were played on the road.
BBFC is still sitting in 1st place on goal difference and we're heading into a showdown next week at home against the trailing club. They put up ridiculous ratings thanks to the second most valuable player in division V in goal, and they got up to an excellent midfield this week. However, with an easy game the following week and two winnable games thereafter, I'm going to make a play for promotion and MOTS the game. At the very least, maybe I'll take some points out of the better team and get us a more manageable relegated squad next season.

lost 1-nil to the second place team. It was a match I knew I wouldn't win so I piced. I'm in 7th, but only 6 points away from 5ht place and 3 from 3th. I play the last place team next week and 3 points is a must. Might MOTS.
Some of the young defender picks I have made has helped me get at least solid to formable.

Won 4-1 PIC against the last place team. I have some injury issue, especially in defense so I'm not too optimistic about my next game (against the 3rd place team). V.114 is super close and even though i'm in 7th I'm only 3 points out of third.

I won 3-1 over TROGDOR the BURNINATOR. Got my 2nd divine midfield rating ever, and won my first league match in 18 attempts (after going 0-3-14). It's sad when a club who's capable of a divine midfield can only win 1 out of 18 matches. Sigghhh.
Now on to the US Open Cup match. I don't think I'll be able to win, but at least if I lose I'll be able to go back to my normal training schedule.

I PICd the game (3rd in a row) since he was better than the Div IV team I beat in the cup and it was at his place.
Looks like this series will be a battle for 2nd place. I've got a good shot at it, but haven't won a game in this series yet. Thankfully I've got 3 ties, but that just the same as a win and two losses.
Final Strike is a Div VI promotee who definitely bettered themselves before promoting up to Div V. The team I entered the series with, Saybars, has a new owner now. The bot in our series changed ownership and I think by looking at things, he had a better roster than when I started a season ago. He might even have as good as a roster as I have now after one season. I think the battle for second will be between me, Final Strike and this new guy.
Time to make my series run... Maybe the #1 will get distracted with the cup and who knows, could get into some tight injury/card issues that benefit the 2nd place team....
My team form is killing me right now. Gonna get a little bit worse since I'm going to train stamina once again to get everyone above passable. Also want to get this nice IM trainee's stamina up to solid so that when his form pops up enough, I can put him on the market. Hoping this will all pay off down the srtetch at the end of the season.
Question, I have no players higher than excellent in stamina. Is there some sort of stamina plateau that I'm not aware of? The past two times I trained stamina, non of the excellents popped at all. Everyone short of excellent stood a good chance at improving though. Was up wi dat?

I personally feel like I can compete for the title in my series this year, the first place team is very beatable, I lost 4-1 against them there after losing my starting goalie, and I had the lead originally there. The race will be between, me, Else United, Red Mambas, a VI promotie who definitly has an improved team. The other team is Viking Berserkers, who are currently in 5th because the past two weeks they have played Else and the Mambas, losing both. The other four teams, are all new teams, and haven't put up a challenge to any of the four of the top teams.

The second-place team in my series just pulled the third-highest rating in V this past round per Hatstats, and I still have this crazy idea that I can take points off of him at home this weekend. If I can do that and catch some breaks in the second half, I might be able to steal promotion.

I just netted over $8 000 on a friendly in Poland! I was expecting a good turnout, but the final amount (4443) was a good 50% more than I had expected to see -- it brought in over $14 000 in crowd revenue. This for a V vs. V match, even.
