pressing is also affected by stamina... they stamina drain will be 2x normal, so you will need to have your inner mids up at solid+ stam at least. also i doubt it will do much with a wide difference in midfields such as inadequate and say brilliant, but between a inad and solid, it might make a big difference i'd think

I pic'ed this last game, knowing that even then that I had a good chance at winning vs. his 4-3-3, in anticipation of a possible relegation match. Played a number of my backups and still cleaned up. Won the match 5-0 at his house.

So, basically, I acheived the goal I set out for at the beginning of my first ever season. I was aiming for fourth but expected 5-6. Could have used the $ from hosting a relegation match, but I won't complain.

Feel pretty good at a run for at least 2nd next year. But no telling what the offseason may bring with opponent's new player aquisitions.

The first place team in my series has a promotion match to play vs Flyingnunes (71011). He finished 3 spots below the auto-promote cut-off.

PICed my match knowing I was going to lose and I did 5-nil. Rested a fair number of people and have a friendly this week before playing a qualifier next week.

Good news was I pulled a passable scorer this week. Might train scoring one more season. Staminia is the training for after the qualifier.

Got spanked this week away against a team that MOTS'd me. Hadn't loged on in two weeks, and this week bought a better striker and beat me. Now I got a qualifier to stay up in D.V. Should win my qualifier though, I'll see what it's like and probably MOTS my qualifier.

Won my last league match 4-2 to finish 3rd. Hopefully next year I'll win my league.

Just spent some $ on expanding my stadium.

I hope my team plays well early in the season so I don't have to worry about spending cash to buy players. I'm pumping $20k/week into my youth squad, so I want my good players to come from there.

Won my last match (match id 8335814, which was crucial, to finish at 6th, 5-0. I MOTS it because we were basically tied on points and if he beat me I would have gone down for sure. My qualification game vs. Detroit Gladiators (224760) is match number 9973442. I think I'm going to beat him even with lower team spirit (team spirit is furious, confidence is wonderful). He won his last match but his stars looked pathetic. Lost my best defender to injury, but he's only out for a week...will this mean I have him back for next week???

I have a tough looking qualifier but being at home and my team being slightly better I should stay up.

One of my young formidable middies got injured, but I have one strong back up so shouldn't miss him too much.

I really need to upgrade my forwards, but can't afford to do so :(

He won his last match but his stars looked pathetic.It's a typical bot -- yes, they won their division, but the only competition six other bots and one team that either got abandoned (turning into another bot) or was so pathetic it couldn't win a division full of bots.

Make sure you MOTS the qualifier to make the most you can of your horrible team spirit. It should rise at least a level before the qualifier anyway.

Lost my last two games, yet still clinched div IV.39... Lost out on autopromotion to division III, yet for my qualifier I got a walkover team, so I basically just got a free pass to div III where I will need some luck not to get killed every week...

I sold off my best striker last week and was bargain shopping this week, hoping I'd get promoted to an easy enough league that I could put off spending all my money until I figured out the new tactics. But I'm moving to a tough league, gotta spend it now, and I keep getting outbid at the last minute. Driving me up a wall. So bring me your hungry, your tired, your poor, your wretched, even your disastrous. I've got $4.5 million in the bank, and its burning a hole in my pocket.

Won my last game on the road (bit of a shock, really) to get a slightly worse team to play for promotion into IV. TS isn't the best, but the team that I'm playing against is a little bit worse than I am. Should be a good matchup.

Well if you wanna buy some players, I got two inad. up on the transfer list, one a 23 year old strikier (11475145), and an 18 year old inad defender, with inad passing (17864341), I would keep him, but I wouldn't get around to training him because I'm training something different next season and by the time I was gonna train defending, he'd older then what I would want to train, so I figured there'd be somebody who wanted a young defender with potential.

Oh and both are cheap 2000 and 1000 respectively.

i got a qual game to get into IV.37 my team is better and IV.37 looks fairly easy. just hoping the teams autopromoting in aren't too hard because 4th or 5th doesn't seem out of reach in that series for me.

For $300,000(ok maybe 200k since want to be out of debt), I'll sell you 2 forwards, a solid and an inad. Also have 2 passable wingers(not on the transfer list), an inad winger, and an inad playmaking/defending.

Make it $500,000 and you for sure have a deal there.

I'm really looking for a brilliant playmaker with decent passing and defense.
Or a formidable+ playmaker with decent defense who's powerful. Those guys don't grow on trees, apparently.
Right now I've got all my cash tied up in four different bids which'll never go through. Some swede will jump in at the last and steal them all.
