I'd defintely be interested, except I play in england and hope to be in the cup for a few more weeks yet (knock, knock)...this is just informal, right?...because I don't have supporter.
PS I've won my cup matches 0-8 and 1-8, both against div 6 teams, playing it cool.

My B team won 6-0 against a Div.VI bot. I play a Div.V human next that I should be able to beat (knock, knock). I'd like to get to the point where I can have some home games and make some money!
After that, I would gladly be in a BS Cup.

Maybe the Cup could be arranged like the UEFA cup, with home and away knockout matches, and then after a few rounds the latecomers join. Champs League would be good too though.

I played in the one and only BigSoccer Cup back in Season 13, but it was abandoned in the semifinal stage, I think. I still have a 2nd leg to play against Northern Lazies one of these days.

If I weren't the coordinator and competitor of the Lone Star Cup, I'd play in the BS Cup, but there you go. Hopefully enough teams will join and someone will post results on a webpage or something.
As for my season so far, 2 PIC cup wins against bots (11-0 goal difference), and a relatively unlucky 3-2 home loss in my league match. This season is gonna be tough.

I put a guy on the transfer list for $130,000 and it says he went on there for $130!
Time to contact Hattrick and tell them the problem.

Just curious, when you put him up for $130k, are you typing it as "130,000" or "130000"? Notice the comma missing. If you're typing it with the comma, that might be the problem. Europe (I think) uses the comma like our period, so might be messing things up.
On a side note, the stars and planets aligned last night, and I beat the undisputed best team in the US, the Kansas City Wizards, and not only beat, but beat 5-2!
And to make matters even stranger, I lost all the ratings (except perhaps central attack), and PLAYED IT COOL!

I bet that's the problem. Also, Arsenal Texan, if you really want to sell a guy, its not a bad idea to start the bidding low. If he's worth it, the bidding should wind up getting that high eventually.

Well that guy sold for over $244,000 and has almost taken me out of debt. :) Now if I can sell my $90,000 player and get some $$$ from the home this week, I should be in good shape.

Argh, lost my cup game 3-2. Expected to get slaughtered (most of his ratings were formidable / excellent) and I played my defensive trainees - 17, 17, and 18. Probably would have won if I had put in my best defense. Doh.

You know, we could make the BS tourny by doing this and then posting the results on here. If we get 12 teams then it would be ideal to do.

I won my last cup match 7-0, and my last league match 3-0 (with my first ever passable midfield). I think I am going to play most of my starters on Sunday and my scrubs will play next week in the cup, meaning I'll probably get knocked out. I'd like to win so I can get at least one home payday out of the cup, but it's important for me to keep my head above water in the league - my division got a lot better this off-season while my improvements aren't coming quick enough! On a positive note, I just hit 2,000 supporters. Hopefully I'll still be at that level when the season ends!
So anyway, there's a possibility I'll be in the BS cup next week. You are still planning on having a real structure to the cup, right?
