Becuase they don't rank a league so heavily on the quality/level of their teams but really on the competitiveness of there of.

Well to start off the Argentine league in third place overall and in front of the Spanish league. :eek: Also the Peruvian league ahead of leagues like Russia or Colombia, enough said.

Seeing the Netherlands Eredivisie ahead of the Mexican Primera is quite a shock. Maybes 10 years ago this was the case, but in the present day the Eredivisie is rapidly dieing, whereas the Mexican Primera is rapidly developing and is now one of the best in the World. The player quality, and practically every other attribute, are far greater in the Mexican Primera as opposed to the Eredivisie.
I would also move the Mexican Primera ahead of the French Ligue 1, which is another dieing former great.
