So when will the new mitre uniforms come out? My brother and I want to buy them before the uncaf starts.

They said that they were gonna unveil the new uniforms in late December, but nothing happened. I guess we'll just have to wait till the UNCAF.

That's what they had said about the new Lotto tops two years ago. Actually, they said they'd be worn for the first time during the UNCAF cup, but at the last minute they said the deal fell through.

So although this time things might be different, i'm not gonna be holding my breath waiting for it to happen. Atletica, Mitre or Galaxia it doesn't matter, as long as the team plays well, that's all i care about :)

How old is he? cause if he's under 20 years old then he should be called up the sub team and not the national team.

Where you get the info. about Monteagudo and Salazar?

and I thought they weren't going to get an answer from Alvarez until somewhere in January cause thats when the US will give him the answer where if he is going to be called up or not to the U-23, and if not then he might most likely play with ES.

And hopfully El Salvador vs Iran will be in RFK stadium.[/quote]

Are you kidding me, the US government won't allow Iran to play on US soil. That makes no sense what so ever, only if President-elect Obama really did mean he would meet with Ahmadinejad unconditionally! Not going to happen.

As with players leaving to Monterrey, just because DLC is from Monterrey doesn't mean he has strings there. The current Monterrey line-up has four (4) players that are not from Mexico. Two from Argentina, One from Chile, and Felipe Baloy from Panama. Plus these guys are not the top players in our Selecta, so why would DLC push for them and not Cheyo?!

I don't believe it, I think its b/s. Just look on how he starts the message, "Ok. so some of you may have read about his in some other blog a couple weeks ago." What other blog??

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO QUESTIONED ME ABOUT SALAZAR & MONTEAGUDO:

Manuel Salazar gustó en México
02.01.2009

Anyone actually know what division this team is actually in?

I may be wrong here, but to me it looks like your regular old amatuar Sunday league club. And if it is, then what would be the point of even making contact with him? Just cause a player lives in Italy, and plays for a club doesn't mean that he is a superstar or that he is worth looking at. Add to that, that he's not even playing seniors; if i were the head of FESFUT i wouldn't even waste my time.

I was actually the one who posted about Monterrey being interested in Monteagudo & Salazar and Cusca was asking for links and so on, I heard about this news a long time ago from my cousin who played with most the guys in the Selecta...

Anyways, hopefully some deal does go through.... but who knows how good the Mexican 2nd division competitive level is...

In regards to the kid in Italy, Maybe El Pajarito Huezo or Calvo should get on top of that & request videos and info before calling him up... If he is good enough than maybe is worth flying him out to ES for some sort of try out with the SUB 20...

I don't mean to be mean, okay i do, but half of those kids on his teams look like retards who are lucky to even be in a team. Huezo would be an idiot, which I doubt he is, if he called this player up instead of Gerson Mayen. I think I am better than that team, they should call me up for the sub-20. I just got to get out of this circular shape :D, jk. With my speed, strenght, height, dribbling and control skills I NEED to be in the sub 20. Someone tell Calvo and Huezo about efijbe:).
