I am shopping for a new tv set and I would like to hear some suggestions.
I don't have large rooms in my condo and I spend most of my free time at my PC. I tried to use a TV anywhere PCI card but for some reason couldn't get a decent signal.
But shopping for a new TV set what would be a good way to enjoy soccer games in the long run?
HDTV, projector, standard, plasma, a home theater system integrated?

Plasma is the best. While I've never seen a soccer match on one, I've seen other programs on it. Extremely expensive, though.

Projectors life time degrades after two years, does Plasma last longer?

From what I have read, plasma fades with time, whereas LCD does so much more slowly, if at all. But LCD is currently not available in the larger formats.
