Have to shake off the heartbreak of the last match and be ready to play. So with Song out now what do you see our midfield looking like?

i hope no one is playing 808 & Heartbreak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/808_%26_Heartbreak) and feeling really down on themselves after that loss today...
the guys need to bounce back... and try to go into the new year with some momentum...
the downfall is that if we tonk Pompey, Tony is going to get sacked...

At least Ade will be back, and rested.

Toure & Gallas up against Crouch?!?! What fun!
RVP hattrick please.
Also interesting to see how Kranjcar does against our fullbacks. Should be a good game. A fit and rested Ade will make a big difference.

I feel the likelihood of us tonking anyone is non existent right now.
Secondly, we can't bring Adams on board until he's out at Portsmouth. So let's do it...;)

I can't see Adams getting fired anyway. I don't think Portsmouth has the money for a replacement.

This is getting ridiculous, people whinge that we haven't won trophies in 4 years, well we havent won a game for nearly four weeks ffs.
Can SOMEONE please stand up at the club? This is getting disgusting to watch.

Goals from Denilson, Samir and Ade. 3-0 to the Arsenal.
Denilson and Diaby holding the midfield down.

Id like to see Diaby & Denilson CM for this game as Adebayor has to return, it will make our team much more offensive but defensively we are poor anyway we may aswell just attack just like the old saying 'Sometimes the best form of defence is to attack'.
Nasri & Eboue on the wings please again as i thought Eboue played really well in the last game and i hope the crowd at the Emirates give him plenty of encouragement.
Nice to see Toure back, i feel he gives us experience in there but i admit he is not at his best. Clichy should add stability to the back line.
It's a shame to lose Song though, if you look at the Prem games hes started we have done pretty well and looked much more calm compared to (Vs Tottenham & Vs Man U) where those games were like Basketball.
Oh well Denilson & Diaby were big prospects a few years back playing in the carling cup, now they have their oppurtunity, lets see if they take it or not.

it's nice to see tony back, but we shouldn't hold back on portsmouth, despite tony being one of our best ever players (and IMO best ever central defender).
I say 2-0 Arsenal. We're at home, we're playing a team that isn't really challenging as such, so we have those to our advantage. our next few fixtures are against so-called lesser teams, so this is a good opporunity to for the players to gain some confidence.
i hope tony gets a standing ovation when he walks to the dugout though from the crowd. He's an Arsenal legend and deserves such a welcome.

Whose place do you see him taking exactly, Gallas's or Djourou's?

I think:
Almunia
Sagna-Gallas-Toure-Clichy
Nasri-Denilson-Ramsey-Diaby
Adebayor-van Persie
I predict a nervy 2-1 win.

Both.
We'll play a 3-4-3.
Clichy-Adams-Sagna across the back.
