What manner of football/soccer/fitba/calcio/futbol/voetbal/peile/that kick the ball thing are you filling the unending hours till April with?
I ask this every off season 1. because I'm curious and 2. I can never remember what anyone says.

If I had to say anything it would be EPL because that is the only thing I can get (other than the Mexican leagues) along with the Champions League when ESPN shows it. I watch whatever is on, so that would mean football, soccer, hockey, and basketball.

I pay the most attention to the Premie League and La Liga during the offseason, more so the Premier League.

Even though soccer is 1A in my book, I am a sports junkie. I watch everything, aside from the NBA (Yawn!).

I watch whatever FSW gives me. Unless it's those South American leagues. Nothing against them, but I just don't get much out of watching them. And I for one can't stand SPL, although I did casually follow Livingston for a while. They've got a nice story and actually do OK. So it's pretty much EPL by default and more often than not it seems like it's Manchester United and whoever they're playing this week. How long till April 3rd?

Since I don't get FSW, there isn't too much soccer for me to watch. So it's hockey season for me.
Well, that and watching my son crawl into things......

I too don't get FSW, so as for watching soccer... I'll watch whatever I can get... even it's just the commercials for the new ESPN Desportes (Anyone know if Comcast is going to get this? (Digital Comcast?)
But, Currently I'm watching a tape of the US vs Mexico WC match. I love that game... I think I like the Deutschland match better because we played to win (even though we didn't). I get a little upset when the US (or even United) goes out and doesn't play to win... but that's just me.

I'm watching Arsenal draw every game they play, napping during Serie A games shown on MHz, getting German scorelines on DW Journal, fliping between Cartoon Network and Liga Mexicana, and watching any assortment of porn.

I watch any soccer that's on. I get FSWE so that includes soccer from Central America.. (Haven't seen Sigi in the stands yet..:)).
I also have a very large tape collection of matches so there's always something for a soccer fix.

This is pretty standard in my house as well. Although I do follow the Bundesliga. I don't get much from the Argentine and Brasilian leagues either. I watch Serie A on Gol TV, but as far as Guatemala and Ecuador, I'll pass.

Thanks for listing SudAmerica as prancing and dancing. I watch the EPL but I also follow the Argentine and Brazilian leagues. Who knows? Maybe those Brazilian prancers will win another World Cup.

Nothing better than listening to a good old chess game on radio.

American football and whatever soccer game I can find. Eagerly awaiting ESPN Deportes to see what they have on.

I'd say Brazilians are more dancing than prancing.

My two fav. sports are both in the off-season and I don't much like international league soccer, I have no ties to any other country, I'm a mutt :) It's killing me.
Daytona 500: 46 days (only 38 til the Bud Shootout!!)
MLS 2004 (SJ@DC): 94 days
Until then, I'm just watching my retirement money be pissed away :)

What do you mean? I heard that Saprissa was using Sigi as their North Stand until they can finance the construction of new seating...
Not that I'm saying Sigi is large and certainly not Jabba the Hut large... :D
