This is the best resurrection of a long-dormant thread that I have seen in a while! I pm'd etch to get those pix of Kiera and hadn't heard from him and, lo, here is a thread with those very pix on them! Welcome, Billy Blagg!

Now if I could only find panic's pizza thread again...

That's a scary picture. We should change it for another hot one.

I could do without the first. She is trying to be movie star whorish in that one. The second I like, I guess I just prefer the natural, relaxed, I am a normal person look.

Welcome Billy Blagg. I have read your stuff on occasion. Good work, very entertaining.

Eddie, Billy Bragg is, I bet, more known for his politics than his music but I have heard a couple of tunes and thought they were cool.

Bragg is a bit more folksy then I like from the little I've heard.

I don't think Morrissey is really a fan or supporter, but was more into all the supposed "working class" imagery that came with West Ham (whatever that is worth....) Still, got the name out there for people who never heard it.

This was behind the stage during "A Swallow On My Neck"

This pix of Sir Bobby showed up for "Now My Heart Is Full" (and Moz also had, or has, this hanging over his bed, but I couldn't find the pix.)

I think I've posted these before, but we've had a lot of new blood since then. Like I said, I don't think he is a fan, per se, but I bet it would be cool to go to a show and see a giant pix of Sir Bobby projected behind the stage.

A couple more:

This of the West Ham gates for "Is It Really So Strange?"

And this strange riff on the West Ham emblem for "Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me."

**ahem** I guess it's pretty obvious that Kiera and 'West Ham Lass' are not one and the same... shame really, as that's a great way for her to show her support. ;)

(not to mention put some much needed morale back into the fan base - well, the male fan base anyway).

"Meanwhile, Spurs get Baby Spice of the Spice Girls, crap band Status Quo and Phil Collins!"

Not forgetting those monsters rock, the ledgends who are Chas & Dave.

Elijah Wood - I only know because he's going to be in that West Ham movie.

Glad to have you on board. Never heard any tunes by Billy Bragg.

Try "from a Vauxhall Velox"

from the wars end (Rancid):

Little Sammy was a punk rocker
you know his mother never understand him
went to his room and smashed his Billy Bragg record
didn't want him to hear that communist lecture

I did actually own some Bragg stuff waaaayy back in the early Punk days (If you think I'm referring to Green Day, please stop reading). Always liked the early Sham 69 and the Business stuff, not the folksy stuff so much.

An old school mate of mine Steve Harris from Iron Maidon is a big fan.
