I've just noticed that Howie will be back in MG this summer (his family is still living there).

Lascho, do you think there's any job for him left at Borussia-Park? Well, it seems he's a little bit too late now...

Just my wish:
It is not impossible that Königs retires in summer. Maybe the board could be reorganised, there should be a football guy on the highest level of responsibility. A new businessman in charge for Königs, and Howie as a third director? I could imagine worse things.
Probably Schmadtke follows Hecking to Hanover, he needs a new job, and would be a perfect fit.

I can imagine it only if we get relegated.
A new businessman in charge for Königs
Why? And who should replace him?

Well between the 3 u got there...i like the PUMA best (w.out the celtics tag tho)
But i used to really like the black and blue one that heynckess used to wear back in the 80s when he was our coach,it had thick bright blue puma stripes..and a huge puma logo in the back
So we got beat at the hands of paderborn 2-1 with all 4 new players

Well, I think we shouldn't take this result too seriously, since our players were pretty tired after many training sessions the days before (they even trained in the morning of the match day). Our 4 new players obviously did a solid job (especially Galasek)...
Btw: Alex Voigt signed a contract in Fürth, so I won't miss him. :-)

Meeeeeeee, take a look for yourself..last green puma jacket..left corner ...has some sort of irish logo..am sure it can be anything but related to GLADBACH
Not too worried about the 2-1 loss,a win wouldnt have been much different..more interested to see..if the brazilian center back field guy..can do his job!

That's simply 'scheisse' , because he'll probably miss the rest of the preparation. :(

'Gladbach defeat Grasshoppers Zurich 4-2 today. Cdn giant Rob Friend sets up the first two goals and scores the 3rd himself. Stalteri in at left back for this one (I believe he played right back in his first exhibition game vs SC Paderborn).

Yep, it was a solid performance with 4 nice goals (the game got broadcasted live by "Eurosport"). :) What a superb 25m shot from Michael Bradley!

Hello guys I am finally back after my long hiatus it's been so long, anyways happy to be back on the boards hopefully in time to see Meyer bring us back out of the relegation zone I don't think I can handle another year in the 2nd division well I could but why? Last year as good as we played down there It's just not the same maybe if they showed games on tv here meh I dunno.
I am hoping for a strong second half especially since this frustrating and disappointing first half  I like the moves Hans has made this January Dante and Stalteri decent pick ups to strengthen our backline, we have 2 canucks now how about that. Galasek good experienced player will help some of the youngsters I'm sure. I think what we are missing is a true clinical striker if we had one we would be in the mix c'mon boys get that scoring up

Nice to see you back after such a long time, Ryan! :) To be honest, I didn't expect that to happen.

It's cool, isn't it? :-)

Yep, he got a lot of praise lately and will hopefully be the leader we needed.

Let's have some faith in Friend, Colautti, Neuville & Lamidi. Superb volley shot from Rob yesterday against Zürich! Well, and his header qualities are among the best in the league...

Don't get me wrong I like our current group I actually got to see Rob play live a couple times here he looked good, you're right his headers are deadly but thats expected from a guy whos 198cm tall haven't seen much of Colautti
maybe we just need someone who can get them the ball
also how long do you we have Marin for? i'm sick of seeing up and coming talent leave our club

I think we should enjoy the next five months. He would be crazy to extend his contract in Gladbach, and we need the money to get a replacement.

He would be crazy to extend his contract in Gladbach
Can you tell the reason?
Btw: Here's an interesting statement from Hans Meyer about him:
http://www.wz-newsline.de/index.php?redid=407840
