All sources - except for our official hp - are reporting that Hans Meyer will leave us after his accomplished mission. I expected this to happen for many reasons (the main reasons surely are his partner in Nuremberg & the BLÖD campaign against him) and also wouldn't be surprized to see Friedhelm Funkel becoming his successor (that's what I wished a few weeks ago).

Goodbye and thank you a lot for saving our ass again, dear Hans! We'll never forget you! Your memorial in the Old City of Mönchengladbach has already been built. ;)

Now enjoy your life with Mrs. Zimmermann in the beautiful city of Nuremberg. I bet you'll have enough time to go to the theatre every day, hence! :-)
And hopefully we'll see you very often on the main stand at Borussia-Park in the future, your advice will always be appreciated!

It's official now:

What is the BLÖD campaign?
From the British press HM is quoted as saying that he cannot build another team, does that there are money problems off the pitch!
Who are the front runners?

How do u guys rate Fabian Baecker?

Seems like he is doing very well in A-Junior league this season, being the top scorer there by scoring 25 goals in 23 matches. Will he be a good replacement of Baumjohann?

I know he can play at RW/AM/FW, where will he play next season?

I expect him to play in the U23 in the Regionalliga most of the time, the club won't rely on his early breakthrough. Back up for Matmour on the RW, but not much playing time in the first team until winter. Step by step, he will need time to adjust to men football, and can do that in the RL. Let's talk again in winter.

Looks like we've also got a new forward, the young Argentinian Raul Bobadilla from GC Zürich. Borussia didn't confirm the transfer yet, maybe they want to present him at the general meeting tomorrow, but everybody in Switzerland tells it's done, transfer fee reportedly about 4 million Euros.
