Bielefeld lost 0:2! What a perfect night!!!

Danke, lieber Fußballgott! 2 last-minute goals within a few days ... the football god must be a Borusse!

I think I aged another 5 years during this incredible 2nd half...

Let's party, Naz! :) I've rarely felt such a huge relief after a game...

Before I leave for watching the match report on German tv, let's enjoy the perfect song for tonight.

I told you all to keep the faith.
There are still 2 games to go and we need to stay focussed.
My son is taking his exams this week and will be very happy in the morning when he hears the score.

Thankfully, he really improved against Schalke & tonight. He & Colautti had to face some (justified) criticism lately, but their crucial last-minute goals might be worth some millions in the end!

Btw: Who was the guy who made that great save against Shao's shot (I was close to a heart attack)? We deserved the win (more possession and twice as much shots) ... but in that scene from the 85' minute, we were very lucky.

i thought next game is at borussia park..but i was wrong...thats going to be a tough one too:cool:

Don't worry, it's a home game, nevertheless ... since our 15,000-20,000 fans in Düsseldorf will surely outsing the Leverkusen supporters! ;) But you're right, it's going to be a tough game again.

Somehow I really thought of the game from last Sunday when we got that last-minute corner kick ... so I had some hope, but couldn't imagine we'd experience another ecstasy! We had to suffer a lot during this season and during the last 2 games, but the incredible outcome was absolutely worth it! :-)) Simply beyond words!!

Let's stay modest. :-)

We made a huge step tonight, but aren't safe yet ... so our goal should be another one. :-))

The great escape!
Congrats guys.

Thanx.

But we still need at least 1 point for the "miracle". I hope we won't make the same mistake (again) as happened after the derby win...

I told you all to keep the faith.

Yep. I still admire your optimism after the Bielefeld game. :-))

There are still 2 games to go and we need to stay focussed.

Yep. Another last-minute win in Düsseldorf would be fantastic! :-)

My son is taking his exams this week and will be very happy in the morning when he hears the score.

I bet he'll be mentally topfit after hearing the result. :-)

Good luck to him!

I don't have to stay focused. I can get drunk.:D

Prost! :-)

After the Bielefeld game, I was very mad and called our players "sissies" and "idiots" ... but tonight, I take my hat off to the whole team! The guys fighted like lions (even Baumjohann, who played a superb 2nd half) and also played good soccer after the interval! Apparently, they needed this huge pressure in order to step up ... or the last-minute win over Schalke gave them so much confidence. Let's not forget that we had to replace Galasek, so a big kudos to Patrick Paauwe who did a great job on his position!

Jungs, wir sind stolz auf euch! There's a reason to be very proud of this team tonight!

Gute N8

At least something made me happy last night, after my team (Netanya) lost in the semi final cup last night. Naturally I was in the game but was really trilled to hear about yet another dramatic win :)
It still not over but we're in the right path.

No its not over, its also pay-back time for the "gurlie-men" at bayer 04...we really played a horrible game against them last time at home..and its time to show them a different performance....bayer is beatable and i feel the squad knows that too!

Sorry to hear about the Cup defeat. Well, sometimes it's good to be a supporter of 2 or 3 teams, isn't it? ;)

Naz, don't scare me! :-) If we really get another win, I'm definitely gonna look for a HG Bruns top for you!

Are you sure? As far as I remember, we were the better team and only lost due to bad luck, a terrible referee, poor finishing, individual mistakes and tactical naivity!

bayer is beatable and i feel the squad knows that too!

Of course they are (especially, as we'll have home advantage concerning support). But they are also unpredictable and able to defeat any team on a good day (somehow they remind me of my local team Greuther Fürth in the 2nd league)! Unfortunately, they didn't get one single home win in Düsseldorf so far, what's surely no advantage for us ... as they will be keen on leaving the city with at least 1 victory. Maybe I should call their manager Bruno Labbadia (who was manager in Fürth last season) and tell him that he'd better get the 3 points in Cottbus. :-)

cmon you already lost that gunter bruns "JERSEY TO ME "..Correct me if am wrong...it was about the schalke game..and we won that..lol!

No worries man...am bugging you,but 9 points in less than 10 days is certainly "AMAZING" and i think at this point we might be able to do it!

Any team can beat any team on a good day..so am not too worried, lets hope our players just play basic solid football..and everything else will fall into place:D

You're wrong :p ;) ... since you predicted a Leverkusen win over Bielefeld.
