I can't stop watch the video. I don't want to think about Cottbus game but I know it's coming...This is it, hope to see a team full of confidence, ready to burn the field. We can't afford another slip!

Prediction:
Karlsruhe is gone.
I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that they will beat Hannover 96 at home ... and then they play away in Bremen against a team which fully concentrates on the final in Istanbul, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them get another 3 points there as well. That would mean that they have a decisive final game against Hertha at home where everything is possible ... so they could gather 32 points in the end (what means that we need the same number of points, too - instead of 31). Therefore, it would be a mistake to write off any team!
Yesterday's win was crucial to keep us alive, but we still can't afford a defeat in Cottbus. It's good to know that we aren't damned to win this tough & decisive 6-points away game, since a draw would still keep us in front of them. However, I'm pretty sure that they will defeat Pillenkusen on the last matchday at home, whereas we face 2 tough matches in Düsseldorf (although we'll have a home game atmosphere) against a Leverkusen team that will surely be keen on winning the first & only game there and then against Dortmund at home ... so it would be a huge step if we should manage to get all 3 points in Cottbus (maybe we'll score another last-minute counter-attack goal:-).
It's surely gonna be nerve-wrecking last 3 matchdays ... possibly followed by 2 decisive "play off" games against relegation. If we survive this season, nothing can shock us anymore in the future! ;)

By the way, any particular reason why the league games are in Tuesday and Wednesday?

How about that Galasek cross to olli ?? it was a text book cross just "PERFECT"
As far as what the future holds for us....remains to be seen how we can capitalize on our momentum right now!
Very happy with dante btw, he seems like getting better with every game..the cottbus game is driving me crazy..in my 30 plus years of following the bundesliga..this season is one of the tightest in terms of the relegation battle...and i wouldnt just right-off any team just yet
One thing i am sure though,if we survive this season..and Herr Meyer sticks around...then "sky is the limit" for BORUSSIA in the near future!

Well I won't say congratulations, because the battle rages on, but that is such a huge result. Nice work by all of the players and fans involved. BMG obviously has fight left. Hopefully the squad will be close to full strength for these final 3 games.

Time pressure. The season must be finished until the end of the month, and there are still the cup final and the relegation playoffs to come.

What worries me concerning the last 3 games, is the drop in performance of our youngsters Bradley, Baumjohann and Marin (who had been our best players until the derby against Cologne)! Do you think they can't cope with the pressure...?
Btw: How can TF rate Bailly with a 4 ??

THANKFULLY, I was wrong and you right (although they still have a small chance)! :) I still can't believe they did us the favour to throw away a 2:0 lead over Hanover tonight...
Let's hope that the 'football god' is still gonna be on our side tonight (as he was since the unlucky Wolfsburg defeat). Damn, I'm soooo nervous ... I fear that this 6-points game will be even more nerve-wrecking than the match against Schalke.
I was in Cottbus some years ago (during the Mika Forssell & Ewald Lienen era) ...

... so I know what kind of game we have to expect. It's gonna be a hell of a fight, so we can't afford fielding any "sissies" like in Frankfurt! We need 11 lions & fighters, thus I hope that Hans Meyer will be clever enough not to bring the overrated "diva" Baumjohann in this game. I'd start with this midfield & attack:
Galasek, Pauuwe, Bradley - Marin - Matmour, Colautti.
If you have a look at the official Cottbus hp, it's clear that they are going for the 3 points (despite their easy last home game against Pillenkusen) and expect to beat us for the 3rd time this season ... so we have to play with a lot of passion & tactical discipline! It's good to hear that their 2 best players Rangelov & Iliev are very doubtful due to injuries, but that's no reason to think it might get easier! It's another "live or die" match for us, with the little exception that we can afford a draw this time (although it would mean that we have to get at least 3 points out of the games against Leverkusen & Dortmund). I think that's the result we have to be content with in the end, as I don't think we'll manage to get the first win in Cottbus in such a crucial game where neither team can't afford to lose. If we should manage to get all 3 points (what a relief that would be), we'll very likely be at least in the "play-offs" ... if the unthinkable should happen and we lose, only 6 points out of the last 2 games can save us the "play-offs".
So, dear Borussen ... don't forget to pray tonight and to prepare your nerves for the upcoming torture. :-))

If you can win over Cottbus today then you will almost be guaranteed to earn at least the playoff spot.
You would be 3 points ahead with two games left. And we should beat Cottbus for you on saturday since we have them in Stuttgart.
