YES!
What a game...killed me to death!
I have to admit after Marin missing the PK i was almost sure we would either lose or draw!
A+ for the ref BTW..what a loser!
Did anyone notice Meyers expressions throughtout the game?? This man truly loves gladbach :)

What a nice, nice evening. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I can drink a sweet victory beer on my balcony. Still alive; thanks, Roberto!:)

Werder Bremen Sa 16.05.2009 15:30 A
Hertha BSC Sa 23.05.2009 15:30 H
Prediction:
We will see a quite clear picture on Wednesday evening.
Karlsruhe is gone.
Bochum has two easy games on the last two days, Frankfurt and Cologne are already in holidays. They stay in the league.
Bielefeld needs the points vs Hoffenheim badly. They will almost surely lose in Dortmund, and could be in a very bad position before the last game.
And there's Gladbach and Cottbus, heads up, and playing each other on Wednesday; both with very similar opposition in the last two games. Gladbach has the big advantage of the better goal differential; Cottbus must win this game, we are in the better position. I hope that's still the case in three days.

Great win guys! Nice save by Neuer but BMG was up for it, they had full concentration throughout the game.

Very enjoyable drive home to Gutersloh from Borussia Park.
There were loads of miserable drivers with 04 stickers and flags on the road.
They must have had a bad day!

RRRRROBERTO COLAUUUUUUTTI Fußballgott! :) He couldn't convince until tonight, but his vital last-minute goal could be worth some millions in the end! Well, it was high time for him to score his first goal of the season, wasn't it? :-)
After the derby "Fürth vs Nuremberg", I watched the game in a pub together with a few Fürth & Gladbach fans (well, there were also some FCN idiots in the room, who rooted for their "friends" from Schalke - especially as they fear a possible 'play off' clash with us) ... and you can't imagine how loud our scream was after Colautti's goal! ;) Scoring such an important goal in the 90th minute ... that feeling of relief is simply beyond words!! I think I aged 5 years during this game after the missed pk from Marin (wtf. didn't he let Daems take the pk?)...
I can't await to see the highlights and especially the goal again on DSF in a few minutes! Unfortunately, we didn't manage to create many scoring opportunities against their strong defence after the missed pk and were lucky not to concede a goal between the 60th and 75th minute (great saves by Bailly & Dante) ... but who cares in th end? We've had enough tough luck this season, so it's great to see the 'football god' finally bring us back some hope!
Here's 2 match reports (in German) with stats and some post-game reactions:

Finally a win! There is still life. But a win in Cottbus would be big right now (and even a draw would not hurt, as the goal difference is pretty good).
