Bad news before the game against HSV: Marko Marin (flu) and Rob Friend (backache) are doubtful. :( Dante still not fit.

I only saw the first half of the last game but BMG does seem to have better offensive movement since the winter break. I think they can get it done, but they need to catch fire this month. I hope Marin gets over that flu before Saturday though, he is a dangerous man on the field.

Two question marks

Twenty players will be involved when Hans Meyer oversees the final training session (Friday, 1615 CET) ahead of Saturday's game against Hamburg.

Good news: Rob Friend got fit on time. Marko Marin seems to be available, too (hopefully). Both players participated in today's final training session...

What has to be said ahead of this game against the current Nr. 2 of the Bundesliga? Well, we're the clear outsiders once again (as it was the case in 8 out of our last 10 matches) ... but that doesn't mean that we don't need the 3 points badly. We have more away than home games in this Rückrunde, so we need to win the games at Borussia-Park ... no matter who's the opponent! Let's hope we can repeat the Hoffenheim performance and have a little bit more luck in the end this time.

It's surely a special game for Marcell Jansen tomorrow, as it is his first return to BP since he left us to Munich. His cousins will be in the Nordkurve as always ... so I hope he won't dare scoring against us! :-) He's is in great shape at the moment, so Paul Stalteri surely will face a tough job as RB; however, I'm sure that Marcell's heart still beats for his old club ... and he'll therefore (hopefully) show the same peformance as Mikael Forssell did 2 weeks ago. ;)

Auf geht's Jungs, kämpfen und siegen!

If you're right, I'm going to search through the whole main stand & VIP area in Fürth tomorrow in order to get an autograph & photo from Hans-Günter Bruns for you! ;)

Btw: I've just noticed that there's no livestream available for today's match. :( Well, then I'll try to visit a friend (who can receive "Premiere") again...

Cheers.

PS: Here's 2 very interesting interviews (in German) with our president Rolf Königs and vice-president Rainer Bonhof:

@ Naz

I've tried to find a livestream link for you, but it seems that not even "ATDHE.Net" is broadcasting the game.

Last chance: Have a try with the "Justin.TV" player:

I got use to it already unfortunately...Luckily they broadcast the games here from time to time.
Anyway I'm going to be in Netanya's game at the same time, but I will check constantly through my cell phone.
Hope we'll finish with a good result. ;)

Brilliant guys, against Hertha you also deserved 3 points.
But today it was a real spanking vs. the wrong Hansestadt.

Congrats

Have just returned home from the game, the 2 was full of very sad Hamburgers.
As for Jansen did he play?
A good all round performance with all players contributing.
It was hard to say who was man of the match.
Do not be confused by the final scoreline as at half time the game was still in the balance despite being 2-1 up.
Whatever Meyer put in the intervals drinks should be used every game.
The change since Christmas is that we are now trying to play football.
Lovely to see us off the bottom of the table.
We must keep it going.

The tombs of Bökelbergstadion shook once again as Borussia put forth a total team display defeating HSV 4-1 Saturday afternoon. Under Hans Meyer leadership and the loyal die Fohlen supporters, VfL has played with a relentless spirit, pride and courage since the start of the Rückrunde and clawed their way out of the table bottom. Their is much work still to be done but the line has been draw and the courageous fight of Borussia is undeniable

Ok guys considering our situation and all the expectations b4 this game my prediction of GLADBCH3-1 HSV was as accurate as the 4-1 result,Uwe..i hope u gots me my GUNTER BRUNS autographe man....i will be looking for it so u better come up with something very soon!

Great feeling to have left the bottom of the table finally!
