Another year is finish but so far what are we getting for 12 month of hard work and scouting ? Do we have the name of the 10 best players of MLS developmental academies, are MLS Developmental Academies facing USSF Youth teams to find out who is who.....? What's sappening people....:cool:

One thing I could say is that I saw Matt Kassel for UMD. He looks a bit of a deep-lying mid whose specialty is long balls and set pieces. My subjective belief is that RBNY could sure use him this year, especially with the extra tournament games they'll be playing in. I don't know if any of their other youth players are better, but if not, I'd sign the kid up.

I think he is a real talent. Right and Left footed. What I like about him unlike so many other US players he is not a linear player with tight hips. US players generally can receive a ball and only see and pass the way they are facing or moving. Kassel can pass right footed or left footed across his body depending on the defender's location. He has excellent loose hips twisting to pass either way.

I just wonder...Where are the coaches to correct that kind of bad habit on a player.??...:rolleyes:
