I wanted to get this started early so that people will at least try to get this done. We gave it a shot last spring (or was it the spring before?) but we kind of lost momentum. It's going to take some effort and patience, but I think if we can get the tradition started it will be a very nice thing, especially when we have the elusive SSS.
What am I talking about you ask?
Marching in, en masse, singing and banging on drums and putting on a display for folks outside and inside the stadium. I think we have substantial numbers between the three large supporters clubs and it's going to be great if we could all just get it together.
Who's with me?

I think getting everyone together from Lot 8 and moving in to the stadium is challenging enough.
Baby steps.

getting the barra to move en masse is like herding cats.

I know, I know.
That's why we have to start thinking about it now.

I think this season, if you want to move the Barra you should create a backpack harness for the keg. Strap Begbie or McOwen into that and make them run for the stadium. Trust me the barra will follow! :)

at a proper barra tailgate the keg is killed long before the march in...

The keg doesn't have to have anything in it...just tell the Barra the keg is full... ;)

One of the complications to this project is that there is quite a line at the ticket booths right before the game. While the line there is good, many of those in line would also need to be in the parade. It should be encouraged by all parties to get their tickets by parade time.
I suggest starting the parade just before the game, so that the parade enters the stadium right before the game. Then, the groups would all march around the stadium clockwise, dropping off la Norta first around section 215, the Eagles around 225 and finally the Barra at 235. All groups would then wait in the concourse until the opening whistle, at which point they will proceed in marching, with drums and cowbells banging and voices singing, down towards they're respective seats. One Grand entrance!

That's what we've done in the past. We did a few where we all walked from Lot 8, regrouped in the concourse and marched through the concourse to the portal near the SE corner flag. Then, en masse, we came down the steps and deposited the Barra/SEs at 134/135 while La Norte continued around the walkway to 120.
Eventually we kind of gave up on the march through the concourse and just met at the entry portal. The key will be for members of each group capable of leading people to mass their numbers on a consistent basis.

It's hard enough getting a group of 6 through the security/ bag-check in any kind of a cohesive group. Sounds like a good idea but good luck!

This is where things tended to break down in the past, so what we started doing was to try to march up to the gate as one big group, filter through security, then regroup just inside and continue to march through the concourse.
