It appears Setanta is now being offered by RCN in all of their digital cities.
Comcast is also now offering it in Boston, with it appearing to soon (or maybe even currently) be offered in all of their digital locations.
Cox is offering it in Virginia.
Any other updates? Obviously it's a premium channel for $15 a month everywhere.

AT&T U-Verse, while not technically cable, uses cable wiring inside the house and is very similar to cable, in the regards that it's a wired system from the outside line.
Verizon Fios has it as well, right?
AFAIK, Setanta Xtra is still only available on DirecTV.

You are correct about AT&T- I'm pretty sure Fios also has it now too. Setanta Xtra is still only on DirecTV indeed.
