Honduras squad for UNCAF

What do you think should be honduras team for UNCAF? I would like to see some new faces . If you could choose some players which players would you pick? I have heard the core will be players from la liga nacional and thats great but i hope they select some players that play in guatemala and el salvador.(i think i heard there are some talented hondurans in those leagues) Also, i want the forgotten guys in china, Pipo,Espinoza, maynor suazo ,francisco suazo and atleast 1 u-20 guy. it doesnt matter if we lose(even though we are at home ) . ill be happy if we find a new solid player and get atleast a 3rd place finish


also who do you think is going ot win R espana or Marathon?
I will have to say r Espana will find a way

i feel that we should not change the defence which we used in the pass yr. it needs to get stronger!
as for midfield its pretty fast pushing foward. and as for attack the chemistry should b there already with mejia and saul.
no Europeans we need a solid home NT for the WCQs.

Agreed. Though I think he will only get the call, since sensibly (and Rueda is a sensible coach), this "B team" time should be given for those whom will be immediate backups for Valladares (if say he is injured--knock on wood!). I think Bodden and Coello, split the time, and Kevin gets merely called in, though, I'd love to see him!

not really, we are just sparing and am sure rueda doesnt want to give scouting reports to Mexies US and TnT.
I dont care about winning this much tbh, as long as we dont do horribly, the media will make it a big deal if we lose but tbh, CR seems to always take this things.

To me this is not a "MM" (Mickey Mouse, as I understand it) tourney. This is the regional championship to find out who goes to the Gold Cup, and of course, it matters for bragging rights. Costa Rica, to me, can always brag about winning these things and about Honduras only winning two (which is dismal, considering the talent of the full senior squad).

Honduras is under definite pressure to take this tourney, as they should be considering home field advantage, and recent waves of success at the Senior "A" level, etc.

I think they will take it, and hopefully, maybe even in style.

It is gonna be a hard test for us too, CR has won 7 games in a row, and we should win this tourney, so it puts pressure on the team
