More, more, more, more wired for sound senior referees so we can hear live game and player management!
His career story was interesting, but I found myself lasering in on when/what/how he was speaking to the players. I'd love more videos that focus on that aspect.
I've been focusing on this as I've started doing mens and womens amateur games this year, and find myself speaking to the players mostly about neutral or negative things. I'm not comfortable about how far I can go with the positive "wow, great shot" type of comments.
