lets see what we got here. First the UEFA Cup.

Marseille vs. Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk(Ukraine)
Bordeaux vs. Groclin Grodzisk(Poland)
Auxerre vs. Panathinakos
Sochaux vs. Inter Milan

Well obviously Marseille got a really easy opponent. They should breeze by them no problem. I know Groclin beat Man City but if I was Bordeaux I would not fear them. I don't think they are that much better than the last team they beat, Hearts. Auxerre got a bad draw. They always seem to do in the UEFA Cup. Pana is a dangerous opponent from the Champions League and can definately beat Auxerre. I guess that game is a tossup with a slight edge to Pana maybe. Sochaux got a horrible draw. Inter Milan it would be a huge upset if Sochaux beat them. So out of the 4 teams I would say 2 bad draws and 2 good draws. 50/50.

Champions League-
Monaco vs. Lokomotive Moscow
Lyon vs. Real Socidad.

Nice draw for Monaco. I'd much rather be playing Lok. Moscow then lets say a Bayren Munich or a Spanish team or Porto or Stuttgart. Monaco should get by Lok. Moscow.
Lyon got a tougher opponent but definately a winnable one. I think Sociedad is weaker then Depor La Coruna and Celta Vigo. I'd rather play Sociedad than Stuttgart or Porto who are playing well domesticly.

Monaco can beat any team in Europe at the moment. They just have to believe in themselves.
Lyon has lost a lot with the departure of Sonny. Unfortunately Elber does not seem to be anymore half the player he used to be. They still are a good side but I can't see them go beyond the QF.
