That looks like our new #1 lineup minus Scholes and Brown.

wtf where is carlitos?

bench.

he'll find about 25 minutes today then start against Aalborg mid-week.

either way, i'm good with the line-up. we need the points and this is our strongest.

Its almost like SAF doesnt take form in to account when picking a side its just based on favouritism.

If you didn't realize that by playing a full 90 during the midweek Tevez wasn't going to start today, you don't know much.

are you guys really that shocked carlitos is not starting? SAF is not going to bench rooney for 2 staright games eventhough the last game was a CC game.

4 goals is a great game and he looked very good but we all know he wasn't going to start this game. SAF can praise him all he wants about what a great game he had but we all now he had no intention on benching rooney or berbatov for this game. If anything he would have tried to play all 3.

I love carltos and would love him to play every game but I'm used to him getting the shit end of the stick now.

goodluck today

I actually half expected him to try all three again... a home game against Sunderland would be a good opportunity for such an experiment...

Im not surprised he was left out, more disappointed he wasnt rewarded for his midweek exploits. Being given a starting spot would of shown that he will get in to the first elven if his performances are good enough.

Ronaldo should of passed that to Rooney. Wide open.

Oh Ronaldo and Rooney were slick there. Everyone and their mother thought he was going to shoot. And now Ronnie misses an easy cross. Defection put him off I think.

It may not have worked but that free kick was a brilliant attempt.

Ronaldo moving the ball back without the ref seeing was great...

too bad he didn't score on the subsequent corner though.

goal is coming... it is.

Did he just call Rooney already the new "footballer of the year". I want what he is smoking.
