THe kid was making gestures and screaming stuff at Riquelme about putting "huevos" which basically means to play with balls. Riquelme went up to him after he scored to shut him up.
Then they show Riquelme being interviewed saying that supposedly he could go jail for 10 days for inciting violence. He says that there are a lot of problems in Argentina to be worrying about something like that.

10 years for inciting violence, they can't even prosecute the killers, murders, putos in la hincada. I know there are problems in Argentina, but killing in football is a no, no. It doesn't matter how bad your situation or ignorant you are.
