That's easy....in southamerica, and I think central america, it is called "Chilena".....meaning it's "from Chile"
So in answer to your question,
It is either that a Brazilian player scored a goal against Chile a long time ago....
Or...the one that I believe in.....A Chilean player did it for the first time...a long time ago....
In either case...it happened a long time ago and nobody cares.

I think he means in the World Cup, which would be Edilson/Edmilson, it escapes me right now who it was exactly.
