I didn't mind Acronym. A bit over the top, but overall not annoying to us. Got into it with some folks in the Arsenal forum though and I believe he tried to hack Rick's password or something, LOL. But he finally got booted for good for posting a picture of Wenger that violated the terms of service. Too bad, keep a tight leash on him and he was good entertainment.

manc_sean, on the other hand, was a massive prick. Good riddance.
Oh hell, I'll go the whole way. It was a doctored picture of a nekked Wenger lying on a bed spread eagled with his legs over his head... with an 'anal cavity' you could fit a truck into.

We laughed, Neo da One (who had been trolling on our boards minutes beforehand) cried, those in power took notice, Acronym went bye-bye.

Nah, "the days" were before club sides had their own forums, there was just a general Premiership board. Madness! :D

They got rid of it about a month after I joined, though, iirc.

Foreign student studying in Canada now.

I played football when I was young (actually, I'm more accustomed to calling it soccer) but I didn't watch teams or matches or anything. I only got to Manchester United in, I think 2001 or 2002. When Paul Scholes' two goals in the last 3-4 mins against Southampton (I think?) won the game :D Never seen anything like that. Ever since then, I've kept tabs on the club. My favorite players are Keane and Scholes.

I only started watching matches weekly this year, since previous years I had no TV whatsoever. And when I just have my tv and cable now, I find Maxxed. Just great. Oh well.. And I really want to get a Manchester United jersey, but at 99 dollars.... ....

Hey guys. My name is Ben. Im Brazilian through My father, Nigerian through my mother, and born in the Distric of Colombia. I am 18 years old, and I play soccer everywhere i go. Ive played for My school but they dont have a team that particpates in the NCAA, so i play club to keep in shape, and im transferring, hopefully, i will still be eligble for 4 years of play when i go to either Maryland or Georgetown. My major at the moments is computer science.

Right now, i live in Lanham. I am a DC United fan, because its the first team i have seen live. But I claim to be a Manchester United fan because i followed them all across the USA in their two preseason stints here, and Ive been to old trafford and carrington.

i guess im the local ignorant user, who refuses to accept the fact that no one is perfect, and that i am always getting picked on. something i will get over with time. Ive actually not been posting on here for the past couple of months, but im glad to meet you all.

Hmm, actually I think they split it off during the summer of 2002. There was a huge crash late that summer and after the site came back up, they split a lot of the league forums into separate clubs.

A lot of people say it actually, mainly because we're successful and spend a lot on big-name players.

Of course its only recently that we now have an owner who's a massive, massive prick.

Being that I'm a New Yorker and Yankee hater I usually tune the word Yankees out....

But funny enough I was in the elevator at Tiffany with the Fiance when the elevator operator asks me if I'm looking forward to the World Series... I told him I wasn't a baseball fan and added I didn't like the Yankees since it was logical he was going to ask about them.. So he asks me who I'm a fan of....... I open my jacket and point to the United crest on my T shirt... He then tries to convince me that Steinbrenner owns Man United because of the whole Yankees Nets United deal of a few years ago.. Thats when the elevator opened I shook his hand and bid him a good day......

********in Yankees and ********in Yankees fans when will they learn there are greater things then them......
