Worst piece of transfer news in a while.
Mourinho and Ronaldo get along like a house on fire, not. Inter cannot afford him. Serie A is the worst of the big 3 leagues. And, his "dream" is sunny Spain, not damp and cold Milan.
That's all; no further replies on this bs.

Just read that Nike, to inaugurate their sponsorship of India's national football team, will be getting Ronaldo an Indian passport so he can play for our national team. Also, East Bengal Football Club, one of India's most successful club sides, will be signing him in January.
India does have a billion potential customers after all.

Doesn't matter, he never performs in big games, and every game for India is big, right? ;)

Ribery was top class last season. Me thinks he should be top 10, but that's the nature of these awards. I'm slightly surprised they got the winner right.
Messi's stock rose because of his current season. Ribery is in even better form this season and it seemed to have the opposite effect in his ranking.

''I'm very, very happy,'' he said. ''It's a dream I've had since I was younger, I've always dreamed about winning it one day.
''I'm very moved, very happy and I'd like to take this opportunity to dedicate this trophy to my family, they've helped me get here.
''I thank my mother, my father ... my close friends. I had a whole list of people I wanted to thank but it's difficult, I can't remember as it's too emotional.
''The trophy is splendid, marvellous, very beautiful. I've waited for this.''
The 23-year-old even had a tear in his eye as he listened to people pay tribute to his stunning year.
''I'm very touched,'' he said. ''Very moved, I'm very sensitive.
''But I'd like to thank my fellow professionals especially my team-mates without whom I wouldn't have been able to win the Ballon d'Or. 'It's also thanks to them that I have this award.
''I was 18 when I came to Manchester, very young. I always had great hopes of becoming a great footballer, in Europe and the world and that's what I've always tried to do - to improve year by year.
''Of course it's not been easy but I don't regret anything that I've done to get here. 'I always dreamed of lifting this trophy and it's thanks to God that I have it now.''
"I never said that I was the best player in the world," he said. "I always said that I was well-placed to win the Ballon d'Or. I have always had a lot of respect for the other players.
"It is not necessary to say who is the best player in the world, but who has an advantage, and I was carried along by this hope. All the players nominated had the possibility of winning this prize.
"Me, I have had this possibility and this privilege, but all the nominees had the qualities to win the award."
"I have played for five years with Manchester United, a club where I feel at home," he added. "I arrived there very young, and I have won individual and team titles. Today I have this individual reward which makes me happy.
"It is the culmination of work which I put in place a long time ago, but I am ambitious. It is imperative that I continue to win both individual and team titles."
