Toby Charles always takes time off during the winter by vacationing somewhere warm, leaving the Bundesliga TV gig to Alan Fountain or another fill-in.

Hate is a very strong word. I just don't think he's prepared, and that is a personal pet peeve.

Then again, maybe the audio was unusable and a producer told Nick to do it at the last minute. I can be fair.

Nick's host roll is decent because he can script it beforehand. It's the announcing and highlights show stuff that needs A LOT of work.

From what I've heard, I didn't think he was that bad. But then again it was like five minutes of a French league match. I remember when Christian Miles did his hosting job for the Premiership...I wonder why they gave the job to Nick Webster.
