C1, C2, C3 2008/2009: what if we could go back ?

I simulated the European Champion Clubs' Cup 2008-2008, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and the old UEFA Cup for season 2008-2009. I wanted to know what it could render with 53 countries instead of 32. I slightly adapted the rules but kept the essential: no group stages, just knockout stages.

C1:
-52 national champions 2007 or 2007-2008 + Cup of Lichtenstein's winner + the C1 holder.
-A preliminary round between the 43 champions of the countries ranked by the UEFA from the 11th to the 53rd place, plus the titleholder.
-If the titleholder already plays as a national champion, the lucky, lucky club supposed to play against him is automatically qualified.
-(equity rule due to Bosman inequalities) If there are more than 10 UEFA country ranks between the two teams, then the lower ranked one plays the return match at home.

C2:
-52 cup winners + Cup of Lichstenstein's runner-up.
-If the cup winner is already qualified for the C1 then the runner-up takes its place.
-If the titleholder, etc, the lucky, lucky etc etc.
-No equity rule for this competition.

C3:
-The 2nd and the 3rd of each League but Lichtenstein (they have no league) are qualified.
-23 on 52 teams ranked 4th in their league are drew so we can directly play with 128 teams.
-No equity rule.
-I didn't think about the C3 holder.
-I totally mistaken my table because I made it before simulating my C2.
-So double sorry.

Why on earth do you DRAW which nations get to send a 3rd team into the C3? Even Old Skool UEFA Cup had the number of teams determined by the Coefficiants, with the top countrys getting 4 entrys and the bottom countrys just 1.
