View Full Version : Having trouble with my re-cert?

Hi, I'm trying to re-certify myself as a referee, and I don't know where to send the forms. It says on the sheet not to send it to Federation Headquarters, so I figure it should be sent to the state association. It does not give the state association's address anywhere on the envelope or form. I'm in Eastern PA if that helps at all.

Other possibilities are that you register online, or that you must take your registration papers to a recert clinic.
Do you have a state referee committee website you could check?
