O.k. Boys. I am starting it up early. Which Way will Gomes ship another goal this weekend?

With Modric Injured for 2 to 3 weeks, We can probably see the 4 - 4 - 2 this weekend and Pavy and Bent up front. Thoughts ?

Hopefully we can win 3 - 1 with goals from Jenas and Bent. :D

COYS!

Agreed - must win. We got our reality check last weekend. We are doing well at home. We will also have our test without Modric. I think we will win, but it 2-1.

Robbo and Gomes can trade howlers. Let's hope we give him some shots from distance - looking at you, Jenas and Bentley. Plus David has something to prove against his old club.

3-2, maybe even 4-2.

We have to win, it's a 6 pointer, we're both in the bottom 3 so it's a must win for us.

Though with the way Gomes is playing...:(

I am in the LA area this weekend.

Does anyone know of a good place to catch the match (even though it's at 5:30 am ).

Absolutely agree we have to win. Jenas has to have a motm game for us in the middle. He has to rebound cause without Modric he has to be very creative in that central area. I hope he can do it cause if he can't then it could be a bad day for us.

A Spurs and West Ham victory would be a big help moving up the table...

Lennon's run was fantastic...he ran around one defender, and had a great pass at the last possible second as another defender closed in. I'm not sure, but this might be the first time Bentley, Bent, Pavs, and Lennon have started together in a while - I am interested to see how it goes... :)

with blackburn down to 10 men we need to take adv and pump in some more goals. I'm still very nervous only up 1.

Lennon has been fantastic this 1st half and with more space I look for him to do more creating with his pace.

why would a west ham victory help? thatd just put us and sunderland even on points and move westham up further, if west ham loses, we're ahead of them too..

Nice win for us, gets us back out of the bottom three.

14th. Sadly, it can't remain that way as any result in the Sunderland v. Wet Spam match puts us down to 15th.

if west ham wins they are up by only 2 points over spurs...
if sunderland wins they are up by 3 points over spurs...

just trying to keep our mountian as small as possible... ;)

a draw would keep us all in a pack...

just thinking it'd be nice to get some distance between us and someone... ;)

Glad we got the 3 points. But that match was not impressive, but then again we can't be dazzling all the time so griding it out for 1-0 was nice to see as well. Jenas could not link up a pass in the middle of the field, he needs to get his stuff together.

Couldn't see this one, interested to hear the views of those who did. Was Gomes any better?

3 points are precious with the league as tight as it is right now. We need to close out these games to keep in touch with the pack and work our way up towards the top half.

When everyone was talking about Hughes or Zola being the next manager to go, I thought Ince was an outside bet. If he doesn't get a result soon the sharks will be circling.
