The Rangers had double the chances and got none of the points. Gallen had plenty of nice looks at the goal, it seemed. Furlong left at the half with an injury. One quick counter-attack killed us. Disappointing game to listen to, that's for certain.

It looks like Carlisle may be back for the weekend, which is good, but if Furlong can't go, we'll have a little less depth up top than we'd like to, especially considering we'll have two games in three days (home vs. Peterborough on Saturday, away to Wycombe on Monday).

A bit disappointing.

Hopefully that kind of finishing is the exception rather than the norm.

No kidding. We had several good chances in the first half and, after a bit of a lull after their goal, we had several good chances late.

Mid-week, we were able to shake off giving up the first goal on the road and come away with a point. I guess it was a bit much to ask 'em to do the same thing twice in a row (especially with no Thomson and Furlong available in the second half).

From his post-game quotes (link below), Olly is NOT happy with the result, which is good. If the boys can stay reasonably healthy, this club should definitely come together into a strong unit.
