Ricardo Oliveira was sold to a spanish club... the name of the club hasn't been told, but he might go to Betis...

Who's gonna be our main striker?!?!
Willian, Douglas?!?!

Time to buy!!!

Wouldn't Nenê be the first choice after Ricardo Oliveira?

I'm thinking if Santos want to make a run at the Libertadores title next year they need:

1- a good finisher who holds the ball well up front
2- a much better right-back.

hardly leão would put nenê... remenber that in libertadores he tried douglas, willian and even fabiano when ricardo oliveira was injured.... nenê is kept to substitute robinho, even in a great fase...

I agree... It seems that Maurinho an Alberto were like gloves...

Marcelo Teixera said that R.O. is goin' to Valencia, 'cos they have the best bid...

Deportivo, Betis and Valencia want him...

well santos confirmed the right back nenê who played in palmeiras, cruzeiro and goiás...

he is not great but is better than reginaldo araujo, and also makes a lot of goals from FK...

how is he goin' to be called, as we already have another nenê...

Santos didn't made a great match, enough to win...
the goals only happened after Robinhos was substituted by Nenê, who scored the firts goal!
Renato scored the second!

Santos is the 2nd in Brazilian League, 2 points behind Cruzeiro...

Is it concievable that Santos will pay Robinho and Diego a decent wage and make them the back bone of a team that can challenge the world like back in the day?...that would also mean buying other top players, established and up and coming, in Brazil - Em...wishful thinking

Repling the post by ROM2, I think Santos needs to find a way to pay a decent wage not only to Robinho and Diego, but also to Alex and Renato.

Both of them (Alex and Renato) will be in our 2006 WorldCup National Team since there is no other defender or midfielder better than these two here in Brazil.

Renato makes Kleberson looks like a funny joke.
Alex is considered the new "Luis Pereira".

So the Santos backbone is already made:
Fabio Costa, Alex, Renato, Diego and Robinho.

As long we can keep these players, then Santos will rule for another couple of years, and who knows(?), wins the third Libertadores.

I think elano should be included in this list too!

Yeh Elano should be included as a substitute in 2006 Braziil team..he has good positioning ability..and pops out of no where to make goals and create.

Can someone help me get video clips of Robinho..it's very hard to get any coverage of Brazilian football, let alone Santos..from Australia.

Santos fans...do you think Robinho will ever get back to form? Or is this the begining of the end of Robinho..he is in bad form..and seems to me whenever he is substituted more goals are created?

Off Course he will but he needs to play more to the team... the same thing happened to kaka, and in the gold cup he showed a great form!

I didn't recognize santos yesterday playing against gremio! the outplayed us so bad!!!

we lost the oportunity of being in 1st position with Cruzeiro!

Well at least Flu helped us and tied the game against Cruzeiro, it seems that they are not the same without Alex... now we are just 3 poits away from them...

São Paulo could had passed us but thanks to Inter we still in 2nd!

Santos' next game is against Atletico Mineiro...

Yeah... Santos was unrecognizable last Saturday.

The truth is that Gremio has played the best match in a long time, and it is also true that Gilberto is a great player and will surely improve Gremio's squad.

I think Santos has started the match trying to study Gremio's behavior litle by litle, and Gremio didn´t wait much to start striking Santos. The first goal in the first minute made things harder to Santos.

Well, there are days when things really don't work.

Let us all head to Vila Belmiro on Wednesday 'cause we have to beat Atlético-MG on way or another...
