Having had 4 kids in preschool - some over 30 years ago, I answered the survey. Some questions were hard to answer - like how much education is desirable for a teacher. Obviously more education is better, but I'd rather have a enthusaistic, friendly, capable 18 year old, than a overeducated, undermotivated older teacher.
