Yes, but lot of them ( boulogne boys of PSG ) are skinheads.
Lot of supporters of Marseille have "Che Guevarra" for icon.

About Marseille and Che? Any other clubs have certain Ethnic, religious, or political ties??? What are the French equivalents of these examples? Thanks.
Examples:
Ajax Amsterdam.."Jewish club".
Feyernoord Rotterdam..."People's club".

Says the man who until two weeks ago had " a proud confederate: the south should have won!" in his profile until it started a rammy on the scotland board.

Is Celtic considered LEFT wing
and Rangers right? I'm serious, didn't know that.

well we have reputation for being a more welcoming, accepting, open support, making friends and having a laugh wherever we go.
Rangers supporters on the other hand have a history of links with far right groups, and clubs with links to far right groups, and has been caught on camera in the last few seasons dishing out racist abuse to celtics black players, and making nazi salutes, which they later claimed was the red hand of ulster.
Make youre own mind up.

About Marseille and Che?
the group he's talking about is the "south winners" group. Their main colour is orange (it cames from the bomber jackets traditionnaly worn by skinheads (they were wearing them inside out to show their opposition to the skinhead movement)
In the virage sud (Commando ultras and south winners people) you can see flag from all the country, the marseille's players coming from plus israel (and palestine :) ) algeria...

there aren't really political ties in french clubs.. GoHawks4 says psg have a lot of far right supporters, but actually it's really a minority, and nothing comparable with some italian or british clubs.
you'll never see racist signs or nazi salutes, or hear racist stuff here.

don't you remember the "weah on a pas besoin de toi" banner?
but that's true that you can't really compare it to what we see in italy

Catfish, please understand that this man is severely troubled. His information is more slanted than the New York Times. He didnt tell you that Celtic fans have a reputation of bieng pro PLO(notice I didnt say palestine. I said PLO!) and are seriously connected with the IRA. For every right wing group Rangers are connected with, there is some left wing terrorist group Celtic is connected with. Celtic fans treated Eyal Berkovic terrible. They spewed forth more hateful anti semetic remarks toward him than youll ever hear at a Nazi rally. Just because a couple of Rangers fans make remarks about blacks doesnt mean squat. Im sure Arsenal, Fire, or anyone else all have racist fans. Dont pay attention to what they say on the Scotland board. Asking them about Rangers is like asking Osama Bin Laden about Americans. Bro, the majority of Rangers fans do not condone racism. And I wouldnt consider myself far right wing. I am right wing on social issues(abortion, gay marraige, etc.) but I am almost a socialist when it comes to economics. I believe in universal healthcare, and I am very pro union.
BTW, Ive decided on PSG. I like thier symbol and thier uniforms. I would have gone with Marseille but I dont like that color of blue.

See you make interesting and troubling points. I'm part Irish/English (more than anything), and Scottish. I'm pro-Israel. Not anti-Palestinians! I am right wing on some social issues and pro union and pro universal health care too. BTW, not crazy about the Catholic Church, since the whole priests touching kids episode. I'm more pro-Protestant. But i understand the Irish need to be unified...not pro-IRA at all. I'm TOTALLY AGAINST Violence/Terrorism!!!
This is why I haven't pick a SPL club!!

perhaps, then, you should consider supporting one of scotland's numerous clubs outside of glasgow.
