did anyone else notice that during the thrashing of the eyeties, that there was a texan flag amongst the throng of St Georges crosses behind the goal?
Does it belong to someone from these boards does anyone know?

Someone else mentioned it during the in-game thread but I don't think anyone took responsibility.

Was it a Texas flag or Chile? I thought I saw a quick shot of a Chilean flag.
I was going to take a look but unfortunetly the game did not get recored for me.

lets just all believe it was the Texas flag. We all know Chile copied Texas with its flag. :D

texans and their weird sense of pride. my friend andrew had on his aim profile "if i become an astronaut and live in texas, the first thing i'm going to teach my son is that being from texas is nothing to be proud of." emily is like that too. it's fun to mess around with her about it. i think all of y'all are brainwashed from birth :)

nah, we are just that much better than everyone else. ;)
Most of the anti-Texas jokes I hear these days are rather lame. Muck like sir rednose's complaining.

I was waving an England flag during the goalscoring and also took a USA flag with me for George to wave, but seeing as we were under the first tier, probably out of TV viewing, (plus George never asked me for it!); it never got waved.
