this arctic air can't hold me down! 2 hours on the bike in sub-freezing weather. tomorrow the high is 29 and our "training camp" starts for the spring race series. oh how the lungs are going to burn.

Is that 29F or 29C, cos 29C is ********ing boiling man!

29 Fahrenheit is not that bad that's the norm around here this time of year. Although if you live near the water like we do it's like another 10 degree's give or take colder from the wind so I do feel for you I have to walk a bit each day to school so it sucks.

Did we just spend 2 pages speaking about the weather? My oh my small talk is alive.....

So the president is black, the lambo's blue, so be make sure the rims are too.....

Sorry, that Jeezy track combines being ridiculously laughable and actually very good at the same time!

It was just 16F a minute ago when I got back home. Can't imagine how cold it is with the wind in the city Devil.... I'm getting chills thinking about it.

Haha. Anyone watching the NFC Championship game? Arizona looks so strong. Larry Fitzgerald with 3 huge TD's in the first half! Might even score another one on this drive, too.

Fitzgerald is a beast, and I'm glad the shite from Philly is out.
Well done to the Steelers also.

Been feeling bored and distictly un-entertained by all things football lately. The whole scene seemed a bit 'stupid' really.

To wake up to Kaka rejecting such a move was the first inspirational thing I have seen from the footballing world for quite some time.

I'm glad Kaka isn't coming, I don't want him in England.
