Update: Landon Donovan has linked up with Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich after accepting their offer of a 10-day training stint, Sky Sports reports.
Analysis: Donovan has admitted that he would be keen to try his luck abroad again and Munich would appear to be one destination high on his list.
