cool.Though I wish we were playing them in Europe. Our boys need more away games, but I guess Demark in January is unrealistic. Is Denmark in Euro 04?

Didn't Denmark recently beat England? What was the final of that match?

I'm worried they will make the tickets so pricey they will have a hard time selling it out.
They will actually have to promote this thing.

Damn and double damn!

I'll be in Brazil - which would normally be a good thing, but I'm sorry to miss this. Wish the boys luck for me and cheer like crazy!

What about the Quakes own Ronnie Ekelund? Isn't he gonna be on that Danish Nats side?

Aston Villa now. He is a very good goalkeeper.

This is a good test for our team. When both teams are at full strength they are very evenly matched. More good Danish players:

Gronkjaer (Chelsea) - Very strong left winger
Jorgensen (Lazio) - Two goals against England in recent friendly
Sand (Schalke) - Former Bundersliga top scorer and player of the year
Rommedahl (PSV) - Extremely gifted right winger. Very fast.
Claus Jensen (Charlton) - Strong central midfielder

If all these players show up for the friendly, it will be an interesting contest.

This is the level our friendlies should be at. You figure both teams will bring in their B/B+ teams so the teams should be evenly matched.

Lets not forget that Denmark won Euro '92. This is a great footballing nation with a population of around 6 million. They are perhaps one of the most underrated teams.

Absolutely agree. It should be a great test for our boys.

I can't wait to see the Nats play again!

This is unbelievably good news. I had been planning a trip to LA that weekend. It just got a whole lot better.

Nice match up, but I doubt the big EPL players will be coming. With no winter break few managers are going to be enthusiastic about their players flying all the way to LA for a friendly.

My guess is we'll see players who are on winter break, or are on the margins of the national team, but have an opportunity to make the roster for Euro 04.

Still will be a good matchup, as I doubt well have many of our Euro boys over for the match.
