I just created this website, RefAdmin.com. It allows for referees to submit their vouchers online and avoids them having to fill out paper forms (which can sometimes be hard to read!) It is really simple to use and I am currently not charging any money to sign up. It is a great chance for you to simplify the lives of your league's payment administrator.
