Seriously though, I'm a fan of their music. Sans Untouchables and Follow the leader, they've made some really awesome sh!t and have helped metal branch off into previously unknown categories, which is very cool.
By the way, anyone who disses Slipknot is...well.....not well informed about metal. Slipknot had the chance to replace Pantera as the kings of Metal. Unfortunately, it looks like this next album will be their last. Oh well....they still RULE.

It's people like you that make me look like a dimwit for associating with Slipknot. If you know anything about metal, Pantera's "King of Metal" crown was stricly self-appointed and serves of no practical purpose or bragging rights other than to Phil Anselmo's big traphole. Love me some Pantera, but Mr. Anselmo has to step down from his "King of Metal" soapbox.

Did I EVER say that you were a dimwit for associating with Slipknot??? NO! I even praised Slipknot just now, so what the hell is your problem?!?!
The reason why I referred to them as the kings of metal is because many other bands have also referred to them as the kings of metal.

Look at the shit bands you're claiming for kings of metal. Sepultura hasn't put out anything decent since "Roots" and Coal Factory? Is that even a band or did your dyslexia best of you got? Slayer are hands-down the kings of metal, since they let their music do the talking, and their music talks really effin' loud, not their mouths. Put away your baggy windbreaker pants and your seven-string guitar and then you come try to tell me to chill.
