Half-time, and it's a huge relief to see us still having the 1:0 lead (thanks to Marin's free-kick goal)! Pity that Marko missed the 2:0 ... but let's be honest, Bielefeld could also have scored the equalizer.

I know we can't keep a clean sheet ... so let's hope we'll manage to score the decisive 2:0 after the interval and not make the same mistakes from Bochum!

Marko Marin Fußballgott!!! ;) What a performance and what great goals from our Wunderkind!

Damn, I'm so relieved that we managed to win this incredibly important away game (our 3rd 2:0 win in a row at Schüco-Arena)! :) From what I saw at Premiere, we were a bit lucky in the 1st half (although we could have scored the 2:0 with Marin's fantastic solo) ... however, after the interval we controlled the game with the old 4:2:3:1 system (Baumi came in for Colautti) and deserved the win in the end! Solid debut from the young Dorda as LB. Kudos!

Now I can't await to play Bayern at Borussia-Park next week (with a few players hopefully back)! :cool:

Durch zwei sehenswerte Treffer von Marko Marin konnte Borussia das wichtige Spiel in Bielefeld mit 2:0 für sich entscheiden und springt auf Platz 14in der Tabelle.

Erster Auswärtssieg für Gladbach
Marin macht`s möglich

Es hat bis zum 12. Spieltag gedauert, ehe Borussia Mönchengladbach den ersten Auswärtssieg feiern konnte. Mit seinen zwei Toren avancierte Marko Marin zum Matchwinner. Arminia Bielefeld hatte vor allem vor der Pause zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, agierte vor dem Tor aber zu ungenau und darf sich deswegen über die Niederlage nicht wundern.
